Para chord or equivalent (approx. 5 metres is useful)

Mosquito repellent
Small First Aid kit
Sun cream, sunhat, sunglasses
Small-medium rucksack (for day hike)
Hot and cold weather clothing
Thermal top and bottoms
Warm fleece top/jumper
Warm hat
Waterproof jacket and trousers
Walking boots or walking shoes (for hiking)
Lightweight shoes/ trainers for camp
Sandals/ Teva’s (optional)
Cool clothing - shorts, t-shirts
Underwear (of course!)
Swimming costume
Pen knife or small fixed blade knife (optional)

*Please Note: knives may be confiscated at customs. Pack in your main baggage and NOT in your hand luggage to minimise the risk.

Backpack/ Travel bags are preferable to suitcases.
